To test whether activity of the mechano-sensitive transcription factor complex, MKL1/SRF, can be exploited to reduce breast cancer metastasis Overall design: We performed bulk RNA-seq of control, MKL1 overexpressed (OE) and caMKL1 OE in LM2 and 4T1 cell lines. We also performed bulk RNA-seq of control, low and high expression of LifeAct in LM2 cell line.
