This dataset contains raw and processed data from the study of flow-induced vascular remodeling using a vasculature-on-chip platform. The dataset includes,
- Original brightfield and fluorescence image files: Time-lapse and static brightfield images documenting vascular network formation, pruning, and remodeling. Immunofluorescence images (e.g. DAPI, Collagen IV, and ICAM 2).
- Live Imaging Movies: TIFF hyperstacks capturing real-time vessel remodeling, gradual vessel growth, aberrant vessel overgrowth, and delayed growth dynamics..
- Simulation Data: VTU files with simulated velocity and shear stress distributions within the vascular networks and .mat files with raw and normalized velocity values.
- Matlab Codes: Scripts used for calculating the vessel connectivity index.
- Chip geometryy and simulated velocities: Chip Geometry and Simulated Velocities: .dxf files representing various chip designs and raw data files containing simulated flow velocity values for each geometry.
This dataset supports the findings of the manuscript Flow-Induced Vascular Remodeling On-Chip: Implications for Anti-VEGF Therapy and facilitates further exploration and replication of the study.
