We adressed the impact of the receptor tyrosine kinase Axl and ist ligand Gas6 on gene expression in cellular HCC models, including cells harbouring Axl KO and exogenous reexpression. Differential gene expression analysis was performed based on RNA-seq data of HLF, HLF-nickase, HLF-Axl-KO and HLF-Axl-KO-wt-Axl cells stimulated with Gas6. Analysis was done in technical triplicates for each cell line.
