Data and Code for Stream Network Hysteresis Study Using DHSVM in Sagehen Creek Basin

This repository includes processing scripts, model code, and data related to a stream network study in Sagehen Creek Basin, California, USA. The DHSVM hydrology model was overhauled to implement a fully coupled surface-groundwater interaction scheme. The model predicts a groundwater hysteresis effect that manifests in the active (flowing) stream network configuration, and this hysteresis effect is supported by geochemical analyses.
