Two datasets are shared here. The first dataset contains expert evaluations of the questionnaire by an 11-member expert panel, who assessed each question against four criteria: burden, sensitivity, social undesirability, and likelihood of response failure. The second dataset includes the questionnaire review conducted using the Question Understanding Aid (QUAID) tool, which evaluated wording, syntax, and semantics.
