Data used for determining status and targets for rebuilding the three major fish stocks in Lake Victoria

The six datasets are associated with a paper on determining reference points for three major fish stocks in Lake Victoria. Two main data files (Lake_wide_stocks_bioAtlaSim_1, <br>Lake_wide_stocks_bioTrawHydr_2) are used for estimating lake wide reference points when the indicator of abundance is biomass or catch per unit effort (CPUE). The file: <br>and Lake_Victoria_uganda_stocks_3 is for stocks of the Ugandan part. The ID files correspond each of the main data files and the sets of data are linked by the digits 1-3 at the of the file name.
