This data file contains all the microsatellite genotype data. Samples are coded by their ID, nest number and locality. File contains three sheets. The first sheet contains worker genotypes used in Structure and PCoA analyses. The second sheet contains male and female (worker) genotypes from locality Tvärminne Road. The second sheet contains male, female (young queens) and female worker genotypes from locality Halsholmen. Diploid males are indicated. All other males are haploid, but their genotypes are coded as diploid (e.g. allele 198 in a male is coded 198/198).
