Adult mouse bodyweight analysis and SCG snRNAseq data analysis

This repository contains the analysis scripts used in this study for age-weight trajectory modeling and single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) data analysis. The age-weight analysis script performs LOESS and smoothing spline fitting, local standard deviation estimation, segmented regression, and derivative-based analyses. The snRNA-seq analysis script includes data import from 10X Genomics output, Seurat object construction, quality control, dimensional reduction, Harmony integration, clustering, cell type annotation, neuronal subset extraction, differential expression analysis, and Gene Ontology enrichment. Input data files and required R packages are described within the scripts and accompanying documentation.
