Reproducibility package for "Warming can raise honey yield while lowering beekeeper income: a grade-resolved climate-impact cascade for black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia) honey, implemented as a national forecast system"
收藏资源简介:
Code, data, and verification scripts reproducing every numeric claim in the manuscript. The deposit is flat; file prefixes carry the structure. verify_paper2.py runs 98 checks against the deposited CSVs — each labelled with the manuscript section or table it verifies — and regenerates Figures 2–8. It requires only Python with numpy, pandas, and matplotlib, runs in under a minute, and needs no restricted data and no GIS software. code_NN_*.py are the analysis pipeline in execution order; code_00_raster_pipeline_engine.py is the single authoritative implementation of the cascade model (flowering, stage indices, yield, moisture, grade, grade-priced income) that all other scripts call. data_NN_*.csv are national-level results, the direct source of every table; data_z_*.csv are the same quantities by region. MANIFEST.csv lists all files with SHA-256 checksums. Climate scenario rasters (Korea Meteorological Administration) and the national forest type map (Korea Forest Service) cannot be redistributed here; the README documents their sources and specifies two deeper verification levels for reviewers with access. Analysis domain: 9,865 one-km pixels weighted by black locust stand fractional cover (351.5 km²; Kish effective sample size 4,317), South Korea. Baseline of 30 individually computed years (1991–2020): 37.20 kg per colony, 20.16% moisture, 48.55% premium grade share, 860 thousand KRW per colony.
