Maize microbiome data from conventional and diversified cropping systems (ITS)

The goal of this study is to examine the effects of a diversified (corn/soybean/oats-alfalfa/alfalfa rotation) cropping system receiving composted manure and minimal inorganic N-fertilizer inputs with conventional (corn/soybean rotation) cropping system with high inorganic N-fertilizer inputs on the soil and plant (rhizosphere and root endosphere) microbiomes.
