The present invention addresses the problem of providing a sheet having low coefficients of water absorption and linear thermal expansion, exceptional transparency, and exceptional dimensional stability in high humidity. This sheet is created by blending microfibrous cellulose having a fiber width of 1000 nm or less, a resin derived from at least one selected from an aqueous resin emulsion and an aqueous resin dispersion, and a wet paper strength enhancer, wherein the blended amount of the microfibrous cellulose in the solid content of the sheet is 50 mass% or less, the coefficient of water absorption in the sheet as expressed by formula (1) is 50% or less, the coefficient of linear thermal expansion at 100 to 150°C inclusive is 60 ppm/K or less, and haze is 10% or less. Coefficient of water absorption = (W – Wd)/Wd × 100 (1) (W denotes the mass of the sheet after immersion for 24 hours in ion-exchanged water, and Wd denotes the mass of the sheet after humidification for 24 hours in a relative humidity of 50%.)
