The present invention addresses the problem of providing a sheet having low coefficients of water absorption and linear thermal expansion， exceptional transparency， and exceptional dimensional stability in high humidity.　This sheet is created by blending microfibrous cellulose having a fiber width of 1000 nm or less， a resin derived from at least one selected from an aqueous resin emulsion and an aqueous resin dispersion， and a wet paper strength enhancer， wherein the blended amount of the microfibrous cellulose in the solid content of the sheet is 50 mass% or less， the coefficient of water absorption in the sheet as expressed by formula (1) is 50% or less， the coefficient of linear thermal expansion at 100 to 150°C inclusive is 60 ppm/K or less， and haze is 10% or less.　Coefficient of water absorption = (W – Wd)/Wd × 100 (1) (W denotes the mass of the sheet after immersion for 24 hours in ion-exchanged water， and Wd denotes the mass of the sheet after humidification for 24 hours in a relative humidity of 50%.)
