收藏资源简介:
This folder contains raw experimental data from a project focused on investigating the role of small extracellular vesicles derived from neural stem cell culture media in the regeneration of spinal cord injury in vitro. Extracellular vesicles were isolated from the SPC-01 and iMR-90 cell lines and subsequently characterized using MADLS, Western blot, and RT-qPCR analyses. The dataset also includes characterization of spinal cord slices, an in vitro model that partially preserves tissue architecture and represents an intermediate system between conventional in vitro and in vivo models. These slices were used as a model of spinal cord injury to investigate the effects of vesicle treatment on spinal cord tissue during the early stages following injury. The effects of vesicle administration were evaluated by Western blot analysis, comparing the expression levels of proteins associated with apoptosis and pro-regenerative post-SCI mechanisms among healthy control, injured group, and vesicle-treated SCI groups.
