Data repository for the Human Lung Development Atlas: Preprint: https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.09.24.678382 Github: https://github.com/GreenleafLab/HLDA This repository contains compressed ChromBPNet models for each cell type. chrombpnet_models.tar.gz = directory of compressed cell type specific models. Each cell type has five different folds based on standard ENCODE cross-validation folds for human chromosomes. For each cell type and fold, there is a chrombpnet_nobias.h5, which is the Tn5 bias corrected ChromBPNet model used for further sequence to accessibility predictions.
