We identified an emerging oligodendrocyte committed subpopulation based on their gene expression that included Pdgfra, Cspg4 also known as Ng2, Olig1, Olig2. Overall design: Postnatal neural stem cells were expanded and divided into DMSO (vehicle control) or 1μM 20HC-treated groups and sequenced 3 days after EGF and FGF withdrawal.
