Air-sea ice CO2 flux measurement were examined by the eddy covariance method in the Cambridge Bay, Canada during spring time. Data set include downward short-wave radiation (Rsd), upward shortwave radiation (Rsu), downward longwave radiation (Rld), upward longwave radiation (Rlu), heat flux in snow 2.5 cm above sea ice (G_2.5 cm_above_ice), heat flux in snow 10 cm above sea ice (G_10 cm_above_ice), air pressure (Pa), air temperature (Ta), relative humidity (RH), CO2 flux (Fc), wind speed (U), and wind direction (WD).
