Photograph of a large group of European missionaries in Nigeria, including one Nigerian gentleman, possibly a hospital doctor or evangelistic worker. Members of the group sit on chairs in a large circle, with a table with bottles at its centre. The image may have been taken at Ama Achara hospital, run by the Methodist Missionary Society (formerly the Primitive Methodist Missionary Society.) This photograph was pasted into one of a series of exercise book albums created by Emily Godfrey, Matron of th Methodist Hospital from 1921 to 1944.
