Going Beyond COSMOS with the XMM-SERVS Survey of W-CDF-S comma XMM-LSS comma and ELAIS-S1

We propose a 12 deg^2 XMMNewton survey at 50 ks depth of three prime skyregions: the SERVS areas of WCDFS, XMMLSS, and ELAISS1. This XMMSERVSsurvey will allow outstanding studies of the newly detected 7800 AGNs and 760Xray groups/clusters by powerfully leveraging multiple intensive radiotoUVsurveys: ATLAS, HerMES, SERVS, VIDEO, DES, HSC, PS1MD, VOICE, CSI, and PRIMUS.We aim to dramatically advance studies of SMBH growth across the full range ofcosmic environments, links between SMBH accretion and star formation,exceptional AGNs at high redshifts, protoclusters, and multiple other topics.The targeted XMMSERVS fields will have extraordinary legacy value as MOONSmassive spectroscopy fields, prime ALMA fields, and DES/LSST deepdrilling fields. truncated!, Please see actual data for full text [truncated!, Please see actual data for full text]
