The flgM/csrA operon coordinates/accessions could not be found in Neville et al., but could be inferred based on gene names provided by prokka. In contrast to what is stated in Neville et al., we could not find the flgM/csrA operon in proximity to the flaG/flgN operon in E. rectale.
