Datasets and analysis files for: Septins regulate cytokinesis and multicellular development in the closest living relatives of animals

This repository contains datasets and analysis resources associated with the manuscript: “Septins regulate cytokinesis and multicellular development in the closest living relatives of animals.” Files included in this repository: phylogeny.zip contains sequence datasets, multiple sequence alignments, analysis scripts, and maximum-likelihood phylogenetic trees used for septin phylogenetic inference. image_analysis.zip contains segmentation models, FIJI macros, and analysis parameters used for image processing and quantification of Salpingoeca rosetta phenotypes. For the Imaris model, the training image set is also included.README.txt describes the repository structure and details the datasets and analysis pipelines used in this study.
