Striatum was isolated from 12-month-old Msh3+/- and Msh3-/- mice crossed with the Q140 knock-in (KI) HD mice and their respective controls. Transcriptomic analysis (snRNASeq) was performed on 6 genotypes: WT, Q140, Msh3+/-, Q140 X Msh3+/-, Msh3-/-, and Q140 X Msh3-/-, 4 replicates per genotype. Overall design: snRNASeq analysis was performed on samples from the striatum tissues of 12-month-old wild type, Q140, Msh3+/-, Q140 X Msh3+/-, Msh3-/-, and Q140 X Msh3-/- mice. N = 4 per group (2M/2F).
