Aurantiochytrium sp. SW1 Genome sequencing and assembly

whole-genome sequencing analysis was done on Aurantiochytrium sp. SW1 to expose a new insight into the molecular basis of lipid and DHA production of this organism. At the same time, to provide comprehensive genetic information that might ease the development of Aurantiochytrium sp. SW1 as an oleaginous model microalga that could also benefit from further genome-scale analysis on this and other closely related species to expose their other biotechnological potential.
