This study aims to investigate the role of CYP1B1 in AFB1 biotransformation in cattle liver. Therefore, the CYP1B1 KO BFH12 cell line was exposed for 48 hours to increasing concentrations of AFB1 to dissect the CYP1B1-mediated molecular mechanism of AFB1 hepatotoxicity in cattle.
