资源简介:
The Japanease Bush Warbler is the bird of the order Passeriformes and it is found mainly in East Asia, northeastern China, Korean Peninsula, Sakhalin Island, and Japan. The droppings of this bird have been used to remove stains from clothes and as cosmetics. The gut microbiota of the Japanese Bush Warbler has not been sufficiently analyzed, and the whole picture is still unknown. Therefore, we analyzed the bacterial flora in the feces of the Japanease Bush Warbler, and conducted a comparative analysis of the droppings of the Japanese Bush Warbler and the other passerine birds to find out the characteristics of the Japanese Bush Warbler droppings. Fecal samples were prepared by using QuickGene DNA tissue kit S (KURABO Industries Ltd., Osaka Japan), and the DNA was extracted using QuickGene-Mini80 (KURABO). The DNA analysis was accomplished using a MiSeq system (Illumina, Inc., San Diego, CA, USA).
