Immunofluorescence of Loxodes ciliate nuclei for histones, histone marks and 6mA

Localization of histones, histone modifications, and 6mA base modification to specific nuclei types in Loxodes ciliates by immunofluorescence and imaging of whole cells. This serves to verify results from Western blotting of isolated nuclei populations sorted by FACS. See README.md for more details
