Samples of grains and leaves from R140 and Zhongshuang 11 (n=3) were collected for library construction and sequencing: total RNA was extracted, strand-specific libraries were constructed, and paired-end 150 (PE150) sequencing was performed. Through quality control analysis, alignment with the reference genome, and subsequent quantitative analysis, differentially expressed genes were screened out, followed by functional enrichment analysis and focusing on grain development pathways.
