IMPROVING MECHANISMS FOR YOUTH EMPLOYMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

This article analyzes the issues of youth employment in the context of digital transformation and the rapid development of the digital economy. The study examines the structural changes occurring in the labor market due to the expansion of digital technologies, the emergence of new professions, and the growing importance of digital competencies for young specialists. Particular attention is given to institutional mechanisms aimed at improving youth employment policies, including the modernization of education systems, the development of digital skills, and the expansion of digital labor platforms. The research also highlights the role of innovation ecosystems and startup support programs in increasing youth participation in economic activities. Based on theoretical analysis and contemporary economic trends, several scientific and practical recommendations are proposed to improve mechanisms that facilitate the integration of young professionals into the labor market in the era of digital transformation.
