To investigate if Satb2 is sufficient to confer colonic fate from the small intestine mucosa, we generated a transgenic mouse line, CAGSATB2-GFP, in which CRE excision of a stop cassette activates HA epitope-tagged SATB2 and GFP fluorescence. Overall design: FACS sorting out GFP+ (SATB2OE) and GFP- (Ctrl) cells from ileum epithelium. Please note that the additional raw counts data (prior to normalization), which was generated from the process of generation of counts relative to genes using featureCounts with default parameters (unstranded mode), was included in the records on Nov 5, 2021.
