Whole Genome Sequencing of the MCF7 5C TerB clone. Homo sapiens

Whole genome sequencing of the MCF7 5C TerB clone was performed to validate the single copy integration of the TerB array in the MCF7 cells and to identify the site of integration. Genomic DNA was extracted from the cells and submitted to Novogene for sequencing using their hWGS service.
