Metabarcoding eDNA samples taken from marine sites near Atka, Alaska. Samples were taken from 7 sites during 3 months (June, September, and February) and were taken from 0-320 ft below the surface of the water depending on the sampling site. Samples were amplified using the MiFish (12S) and MiDeca (16S) assays for the purpose of identifying Fish and Crustacean species present in this area.
