Short read sequencing data used for RAAVioli validation

In this study, we validated RAAVioli, a bioinformatic framework designed to characterize adeno-associated virus (AAV) integration sites and genomic rearrangements. The data released here consist of Illumina short-read sequencing results obtained from human hepatocytes transplanted into immunodeficient Fah mice. These data were used to identify AAV integration and rearrangement events and to compare the findings with results obtained from the same samples sequenced using long-read technologies.
