资源简介:
Abstract - This research presents a case study on the music learning experiences of blind students in the Performing Arts Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tanjungpura University. This study aims to fill the research gap regarding effective music learning strategies for blind students in the context of higher education in Indonesia. Thru a qualitative approach, this case study research reveals that blind students have great potential in the field of music, but they require adequate support to develop their abilities. Data was collected thru observation and interviews for analysis using thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that integrating peer-teaching strategies and flexible curriculum modifications is key to success. This approach effectively neutralizes the physical, cognitive, and digital barriers (such as difficulty accessing Google Forms) commonly faced by students with disabilities. This research contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence regarding the implementation of UDL in traditional music education within higher education settings.
