本报告对2010年并网的多晶硅光伏存量电站进行了光伏组件红外(IR)扫描检查、光伏组件目测质量核查、光伏组件I-V测试、光伏组件功率衰降、光伏组件的电致发光(EL)检测、光伏方阵绝缘性、接地连续性检测检测七个项目的检测,涉及电站中7种不同厂商的不同规格多晶硅光伏组件。旨在积累更为典型的户外地面电站中光伏组件故障和老化情况的数据积累,完善晶硅光伏组件判废条件以及评判方法,为制定晶硅光伏组件判废指南标准提供数据支撑。

This report conducted seven types of inspections on grid-connected polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic power stations that were connected to the grid in 2010. The seven inspection items include infrared (IR) scanning inspection, visual quality inspection, I-V characteristic test, power degradation assessment, and electroluminescence (EL) detection of photovoltaic modules, as well as insulation performance test and grounding continuity test of photovoltaic arrays. The inspected objects are polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules of various specifications from 7 different manufacturers deployed in these power stations. This study aims to accumulate representative data on the failures and aging status of photovoltaic modules in typical ground-mounted utility-scale photovoltaic power stations, optimize the scrapping criteria and evaluation methods for crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, and provide data support for the formulation of standards for scrapping guidelines of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules.
