Data and code for "Hydrophysical Stratification and Hydrological Positioning of Carbon Stocks Indicate Considerable Carbon Vulnerability in Peat Bunds at Rewetted Cutaway Bogs"

Data and Python code supporting the manuscript “Hydrophysical Stratification and Hydrological Positioning of Carbon Stocks Indicate Considerable Carbon Vulnerability in Peat Bunds at Rewetted Cutaway Bogs” (submitted to Water Resources Research). The dataset contains peat core laboratory results (125 cores, 36 profiles), HYPROP water-retention and conductivity data, sampling profile information, water-level records, bund and cell volumes, carbon-stock results, and the Python scripts that reproduce the tables and statistics. Data are from two rewetted cutaway bogs in Ireland. Scripts 01 to 05 run in order and use peatbund.py and requirements.txt.
