Dataset related to article: Development and Validation of a New LC-MS/MS Bioanalytical Method for the Simultaneous Determination of Levodopa, Levodopa Methyl Ester, and Carbidopa in Human Plasma Samples

The database contains raw data from each validation experiment for the lc-ms/ms quantification method of levodopa, levodopa methyl-ester (melevodopa) and carbidopa in human plasma. Preliminar data regarding benserazide are also shown, but they were not included in the publication due to low reproducibility. the method was also applied to an anonymized patient, which was administered different levodopa formulations.
