资源简介:
Phaeocystis globosa is a common harmful algal bloom species along the eastern coast of China. Due to the heteromorphic life cycle dominated by colony and different types of solitary cells, P. globosa often gain an edge in environmental competition, causing serious economic losses. The increasing concentration of CO2 has led to global warming, and at the same time, the alkalinity of the sea water has decreased, which has caused ocean acidification. The coexistence of ocean warming and acidification will change the marine ecosystem structure and directly affect marine organisms. The objective was to explore P. globosa physiology and molecular mechanism response under ocean warming and acidification by simulating global climate change at the end of this century
