The detailed analysis of transcripts of SGMS1 gene in the human tissues was carried out using RNA-CaptureSeq. The design of the probes «Agilent SureSelect RNA Capture 1Kb-499kb, 16» was selected based on the SureSelect DNA Design Report. Probes provide the extraction of transcripts encoded by the genome region, including the locus of the SGMS1 gene. Directed cDNA libraries were prepared. Sequencing was carried out using Illumina HiSeq 1500 instrument (reads 1/150nt).
