Single nuclei RNA-seq profiles from medulloblastoma tumors with extensive nodularity [bulk RNA-Seq]

Medulloblastoma with extensive nodularity (MBEN) are cerebellar tumors with two histologically distinct compartments and varying disease course. We invetiagated this tumor class in detail with single cell transcriptome analysis confirmed with inter-nodular microdissected bulk profiles. Microdissection with subsequent RNA isolation was performed on FFPE-derived histological slides (nodular, inter-nodular) from 13 MBEN patients NOTE FROM SUBMITTER: Due to patient rights reugalations in German Cancer Research Center the raw data reads are not allowed to be shared, therefore we provide only processed data.
