НОВЫЕ ДАННЫЕ О ТАКТИКЕ, ДИАГНОСТИКЕ И ЛЕЧЕНИИ ПАЦИЕНТОК С АНТЕНАТАЛЬНЫМ ПЕРЕКРУТОМ ПРИДАТКОВ МАТКИ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Ovarian cysts are the most common abdominal masses in the antenatal period. With the increased use of prenatal ultrasound scanning and improved imaging techniques, the detection rate of fetal ovarian cysts has increased significantly. Most of these cysts regress within the first 6 months of life. However, large (>40 mm) and complex cysts may require surgical intervention. Ovarian torsion is the most common complication of fetal and neonatal ovarian cysts and requires timely diagnosis and treatment to prevent ovarian loss and preserve the girl's reproductive health. The literature review considers the etiopathogenesis of fetal ovarian cysts, their complications, principles of diagnostics of this pathology and tactics of patient management.
