SynergyAge: a curated database for synergistic and antagonistic interactions of longevity-associated genes

Each experiment (all_data.csv) contains information about the mutants with know lifespan values assayed within the same experiment.Nodes (nodes.json) in the epistasis longevity network (SynergyAge). Each node represents one mutant obtained through a number of sequential molecular interventions.Edges (edges.json) in the epistasis longevity network (SynergyAge). Each interaction represents the transition obtained through one additional molecular intervention between two mutants with known associated lifespan values.
