The files contained in this repository are confocal images taken with the Evident FV 4000 of a sample containing DAPI and mCherry stains, excited with a 405 nm laser and a 561 nm laser individual tiles are named `tiling-sample-brain-section_A01_G001_{i}.oir` The stiched image is named `Stitch_A01_G001` and contains an extra file `Stitch_A01_G001_00001` Some metadata like the tiles positions are stored in the extra files (omp2info)
