SARS-CoV-2 consensus sequences from the national surveillance in Denmark - Samples sequenced in 2024 and onwards and older sequences submitted in 2024

National effort to characterise the genomes of SARS-CoV-2 throughout the pandemic in Denmark to assist in data driven public health policies including accessing population dynamics, outbreak investigations, vaccine effectiveness and the modelling of transmissibility. This sub-study contains samples sequenced in 2024 and onwards and older samples submitted in 2024.
