Metagenomic sequencing of a xenic culture of Pseudanabaena sp. BL-A-41. Pseudanabaena sp. BL-A-41

The goal of this project was to sequence the genome of a cyanobacterium isolated from the environment as a xenic culture. By examining the contigs coming from the associated heterotrophic strains of bacteria, genomes for these strains could also be assembled at various levels of completeness from the metagenomic read data.
