Global splicing analysis of hnRNPLL regulated transcripts measured by RNA-seq in mouse T cells. Mus musculus strain:C57BL6

We show that the developmentally regulated RNA-binding protein, hnRNPLL, induces retention of specific introns by comparing mRNA deep sequencing datasets from mutant T cells with an inactivating Hnrpll mutation and from B lymphocytes that physiologically downregulate Hnrpll during their differentiation.
