This folder contains: a) subfolders named according to the elements containing the NJOY-generated cross sections for photon generation b) example input scripts to run the SPECTRA-PKA program. The source code is available at: https://github.com/fispact/SPECTRA-PKA Note that the scripts use the neutron spectra in Data, which must be ordered by increasing energy bins. The last of the outputs printed in the .out files produced by SPECTRA-PKA will match the Q_*.dat contained in Data - A Jupyter Notebook that can be used to reproduce most of the data analysis and the figures contained in the source publication
