Supporting data for the LC–MS analysis of local anesthetic diffusion through tissue barriers

This dataset accompanies the doctoral dissertation of Simon Istenič titled Development, validation, and application of an LC–MS method for studying the diffusion of local anesthetics through tissue barriers / Razvoj, validacija in uporaba metode LC–MS za preučevanje širjenja lokalnih anestetikov skozi tkivne pregrade. The dataset contains non-identifying analytical data only: a supporting Excel workbook and raw chromatogram files. Files included in this Zenodo record 1. `Istenic_2026_dissertation_supporting_data.xlsx` Supporting workbook with processed and article-supporting data. The workbook contains the following sheets: - `Extraction method`: extraction method comparison and recovery calculations. - `Adipose tissue`, `Muscle tissue`, `Connective tissue`, `Neural tissue`, `Cartilage tissue`: HPLC-MS validation/support data for bupivacaine measurement in different human tissue matrices. - `Transnasal block`: supporting data for the transnasal bupivacaine spread study. - `Anisotropic spread`: supporting data for anisotropic and tissue-barrier spread experiments. 2. `Istenic_2026_dissertation_raw_chromatograms.zip` Raw chromatogram archive.
