Targeted next-generation sequencing of primary bone, polyostotic DLBCL and nodal DLBCL-GCB

Targeted NGS was performed with the Ion Torrent S5 sequencing system and a panel of 128 B-cell lymphoma relevant genes (BLYMFv2: 3359 amplicons) and a smaller panel of 52 B-cell lymphoma relevant genes (LYMFv1: 1362 amplicons). Of a cohort of 16 polyostotic-DLBCL, 50 primary bone DLBCL, and 34 nodal DLBCL of GCB phenotype. To define genomic subtype of bone DLBCL and compare it to nodal DLBCL.
