Human Endogenous Retrovirus Disease Atlas is a database dedicated to the associations between human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs) and diseases. It encompasses 21,790 HERV entries, 149 disease entities, and 60,726 association records, and was developed based on 254 scientific publications. This database was created by the Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the National Genomics Data Center.
