Supplementary text with methodological details for the study "Habitat risk assessment to multiple threats in marine protected areas of Chilean Patagonia” funded by Fondecyt project 11201053. This document includes the supplementary text with the methods to obtain and classify the fishery information in Chilean Patagonia using the data provided by the Chilean Servicio Nacional de Pesca (SERNAPESCA).

RASTER_DATA_SET: Files in raster format, classified into three categories of fish effort intensity (low, medium and high) separated into three folders, each by protected area namely: Magdalena_Island_NP, Guaitecas_NR, and Kawesqar_NR. Raster files inside folders were named as:
fl_aqua_rc_: Raster file of Aquaculture Fleet representing fishing effort intensity (low, medium, and high)
fl_art_rc:_ Raster file of Artisanal Fleet representing fishing effort intensity (low, medium, and high).
fl_ind_rc_: Raster file of Industrial Fleet representing fishing effort intensity (low, medium, and high).
fl_tran_rc_: Raster file of Conveyor Fleet representing fishing effort intensity (low, medium, and high).
