Diversity analysis of endofungal bacteria in oil-producing fungi inhabiting arid environments

Endofungal bacteria are bacteria that reside in fungal mycelia or reproductive structures and play crucial roles in their host fungi and ecosystems. However, some oil-producing fungi exist in arid environments, research on their endofungal bacteria remains limited and warrants further investigation. This study aimed to investigate the distribution and species composition of endofungal bacteria in oil-producing fungi fromarid environments.
