Saccharomyces cerevisiae deletion and DAmP collections chemogenomic screen with Selenomethionine

Growth assay in the presence of Selenomethionine that uses the barcoded collections of yeast gene modification (deletion or DamP) to identify strains that are hypersensitive to the presence of the aminoacid.本实验为硒代蛋氨酸（Selenomethionine）存在环境下的生长测定实验，通过条形码标记的酵母基因修饰（敲除或DamP）菌株库，筛选出对该氨基酸暴露表现出超敏感表型的酵母菌株。
